Contech Storage Services is a professionally
managed, state-of-the-art cold storage facility, located in Sunder Industrial
Estate Lahore that believes in profitable, sustainable, and enjoyable win-win
long-term relationships with all of our clients.
The facility is built on international standards,
and equipped with fire exits, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and security
cameras. Contech Storage Services has a total area of 65,000 Sq ft and a total
covered area of 33,150 Sft which is divided into different units. Contech
Storage Services has rooms that can be set for special temperature ranges as
per the requirements of our clients. The warehouse utilizes a state-of-the-art
Freon refrigeration system with temperature leakage and fault detectors. The facility
is fully functional and supervised by a trained and experienced supervisor.
There is proper parking space available for staff and clients while ample space
is available for trucks and heavy vehicles for the transportation and
distribution of materials and items.

The premise is secured through CCTV cameras and
24/7 armed guards. Safety standards have been strictly followed in A-class
construction with quality wiring and electrical installation and a building
design capable of withstanding earthquakes. Fire-fighting equipment is
installed as per the standards of Punjab Industrial Estate (PIE).
